    I really agree with your sentiment here ‘Lead by example, and do it quietly’. You don’t need to make a song and dance about being kind, just do it for the right reasons. Kindness is like salt – a litle goes a long way.

    Great blog. Very thoughtful. I practice kindness because that’s who I am. It’s so easy to do.

    Thank you Sandra, a thoughtful piece on kindness. Friends have told me I am kind. I think some of us are naturally like that. I agree though – its a muscle that needs work. I loved the piece about depression. That is so true. Depression is such a peculiar state of blindness and deafness to life.
